ईश्वरों में महा- शिव प्रतिष्ठा में सर्वोच्च शिखर पर आसीन है | भगवान शिव का व्यक्तित्व अद्वितीय हैं | वे सर्व त्यागी हैं | किसी पद और सत्ता के लोभ से सर्वदा मुक्त हैं | वे पद , मुकुट , सिंहासन , मूर्ति-पूजन तथा किसी प्रकार के वैभव के लोभ से पूर्णतः मुक्त हैं |
सात्विक जीवन व्यतीत करते हैं , प्रतिक्षण ब्रम्हाण्ड के लिए “बहुजन हिताय , बहुजन सुखाय “ का चिंतन करते हैं | शिव ने दीन- हीनों के प्रति प्रेम , स्वयं ही विष पीकर दूसरों को अमृत बाँटने की सत्प्रवृत्ति , समानता का भाव , प्रकृति में कटुता -कोमलता का समन्वय तथा प्रेम और एकता में आस्था को अपने जीवन में स्थान देकर “देवाधिदेव” (आदि भगवान ) कहे जाने का गौरव प्राप्त किया हैं |
- देवतागण उनके चरणों में नत मस्तक रहते हैं
- उनके निर्देशों का पालन करते हैं |
- शासन-प्रबंध सम्बन्धी गुरुता मामलों में उनसे परामर्श करता हैं
यह सभी डिवॉन से अधिक पूजित हैं और भोले-नाथ की संज्ञा से भी पुकारे जाते हैं | उनकी आसीन , दिव्य-शक्ति “ॐ “ उनके रूपों में सृष्टि संचालन में योग देती हैं | उन्हें बिना ताज़ का बादशाह कहें तो अतिशयोक्ति नहीं होगी | समस्त ब्रह्मांड में महाशिव “ॐ” की प्रतिष्ठा राष्ट्रपिता तुष्य हैं |
भगवान विष्णु (राष्ट्र प्रधान)
भगवान् विष्णु सृष्टि के सर्वोच्च प्रशासक एवं प्रबंधक हैं | ब्रह्मांड के प्रशासन- तंत्र में उनका स्थान किसी राष्ट्र-प्रधान के ही बराबर हैं | विष्णु के चार हाथों में शंख , चक्र , गदा , कमल हैं |
- शंख जागरण चेतना के प्रसर का प्रतीक हैं |
- सुदर्शन-चक्र यह संकेत करता हैं कि प्रशासन संबंधी समस्त नियमित कार्य , चक्र की गति से बिना रुके निरंतर चलते रहे|
- कमल का संकेत यह हैं कि राष्ट्र प्रधान अपने सर्वोत्तम पद की मर्यादा और निष्पक्षता बनाए रखने के लिए राजनीती में रहते हुए भी जात-पात , पक्षपात आदि से उसी प्रकार अलग रहे जिस प्रकार जल में रहते हुए भी कमल जल के स्पर्श से दूर रहता हैं |
- विष्णु जी का वाहन गरुड़ प्रतीक हैं शक्तिशाली वायुयान का |
अतः विष्णु जी अपनी शक्ति लक्ष्मी जी के संयोग से यह कार्य सम्पादित करते हैं |
ब्रह्मा जी (योजना एवं निर्माण विभाग)
ब्रह्मा जी सृजन कर्ता हैं | ब्रह्मांड में विभिन्न लोगों , पंच-तत्वों प्राणियों पदार्थों आदि की संरचना एवं तत्वसंबन्धी कर्म योजना बनाना उनका मुख्य कार्य हैं | उनके चार मुख हैं , जो यह निर्देशित और संकेत करते हैं कि ब्रह्मांड के जीव-निर्जीव की योजना बनाते समय दृष्टी को दस दिशाओं में केंद्रित करना अनिवार्य हैं | सृजन चतुर्मुखी हो तभी वह सर्व कल्याण कारी होता हैं ब्रह्मा जी के तीनों हाथों में माला , कमल और दिव्य वेद- महाकाव्य हैं तथा चौथा हाथ अभय मुद्रा में दिखाई देता हैं | वेद यह संकेत करता हैं कि मनुष्य को ज्ञान (subjective knowledge) से पूर्णतः सम्पन्न होना चाहिए | कमल का अर्थ हैं कि, सभी वर्गों के कल्याणर्थ योजनाओं का प्रारूप तैयार करने वाले की दृष्टी राजनीति तथा पक्षपात से उसी प्रकार अलग होने चाहिए जिस प्रकार जल में रहकर भी कमल जल के स्पर्श से दूर रहता हैं |
माला एकाग्र चित्त होकत सृजन-कार्य करने तथा गहन चिंतन का प्रतीक हैं | अभय मुद्रा में यह संकेत छिपा हुआ हैं कि कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की रूपरेखा तैयार करते समय प्रत्येक वर्ग को इस तथ्य के लिए आश्वस्त करना आवश्यक हैं कि उसके हितों को उपेक्षित नहीं किया जाएगा | ब्रह्मा का वाहन हंस, विवेक का प्रतीक हैं |
